This 4-hour long in-person course is offered in Sydney and in Dubai. It puts you firmly in charge of your pelvic floor strength. All courses offer a Real-Time Pelvic Floor Ultrasound scan (private & intra-abdominal), so you can easily learn pelvic floor exercises correctly.  Course sizes are capped at 10 participants.

If you answer YES to any of these questions, this course is absolutely for you.

  • Do you want to prevent long-term issues with incontinence and prolapse?
  • Is it time to eliminate bladder accidents when you sneeze, or exercise?
  • Are your bladder urgencies driving you crazy?
  • Do you want to know how to manage your prolapse?
  • Have you received treatment from a gynaecologist or a physio, and do you seek to secure long-term results?
  • Do you want to boost your intimate vitality?
  • Is it time to do something about your pelvic floor condition?

Are a leaky bladder, prolapse and disappearing intimate sensation part of being a woman or a mother, or a side effect of aging?

Well… they can be…. But they don’t have to be!

We all lose pelvic floor muscle strength as we age and expose our base to experiences, such as childbirth. Fortunately, there is much we can do to keep our pelvic floor working well. The key is knowing what to do and then applying this knowledge in protective quantities.

You can passively wait and hope your pelvic floor will remain strong by itself, or you can take charge and ensure that it will.

This unique and highly results-oriented course was carefully created by experts, with practicality and outcomes in mind. It contains specific self-management practices for a strong and reliable pelvic floor, regardless of your current pelvic floor condition.

This course was first developed in 2005. The information offered is regularly aligned with the latest research and delivered with the utmost professionalism and sensitivity. Our exercises have evolved directly from trusted physiotherapy and strength-training principles.

The goal is to have a youthful body that makes you feel healthy, sexy, and confident and live without worrying about the weakness of your pelvic floor.
