For the past 15 years, Kathi has facilitated and regularly updated the Discreetly Fit Program, also providing personal support for those women who join in.
Kathi is an ex-Hungarian, Olympic-level gymnast turned women’s health educator.
She has completed a Diploma Course in Exercise (Physio) Therapy with the prestigious Hungarian Semmelweis University of Health Sciences.
In addition to her employment experience with world-leading fitness clubs around the world, Kathi worked as a presenter for Nike and Reebok, and as a Sports and Fitness Program Coordinator for the Dubai Police Force. She was also a presenter at the 2018 Women’s Health and Fitness Summit in Melbourne.

Mary is an internationally renowned Australian pelvic health physiotherapist who truly understands the results women can achieve with the right resources.
To raise awareness of the prevention and treatment of pelvic floor issues in women, Mary has published “My Pelvic Flaw,” “Hold It Sister,” and “Hold It Mama.”
Her volunteer work for the Australian Continence Association involves speaking at forums and educational events and conducting workshops for fitness trainers, allied health professionals, and midwives.

Kelly Ozoux – Dubai
Pilates Instructor & Personal Trainer.
Kelly’s true passion for health and fitness began when she was 18 years old. Throughout her 20s, Kelly was a service trainer and an on-board manager with Emirates Airline. She also worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor during this time.
Since leaving Emirates in 2004 to start a family, she has been helping her female clients with their physical exercise challenges following childbirth, prior to or during menopause, and sometimes as a result of extreme workouts.
Over the years, Kelly has been involved in many fitness events and program launches in clubs such as David Lloyd (UK), The Aviation Club, Fit Republik & the Dubai Ladies Club.
In addition to offering Discreetly Fit Courses, Kelly teaches Pilates classes at prestigious health clubs, such as the Dubai Ladies Club, The J Club, and Studio Republik. She is also an accomplished long-distance trail runner.
